Can I take your supplements with my existing supplements?

We always recommend that you discuss which supplements you want to take with your Doctor first to insure they won't interfere with any other medication you may be taking.

Where are your supplements manufactured?

Our supplements are manufactured in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the United States, registered with the FDA and operating in compliance with Pharmaceutical GMP’s and the latest, most stringent Dietary Supplement GMP’s.

How can I view the Supplement Facts for an item?

The supplement products on our website have detailed supplement facts panels available. Click on the Supplement Facts tab under the product image on the product page to view.

Are your products safe to use while on medication?

If you are on medication, consult with a physician before consuming.

What conditions/illnesses do your products treat?

Our products are nutritional supplements that are not intended to treat any specific conditions or illnesses. Please consult with a physician if you are looking for treatment of any specific condition or illness.


Ordering and Payment


How do I place an order?

1) Add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button displayed along with the product description.
2) When you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the Checkout button.
3) Enter your billing, shipping and payment information.
4) Confirm your order by clicking the “Submit Order” button at the bottom of the confirmation page.

Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Our diligence and attention to these orders does not allow us to make any changes once the order has been submitted.

When am I charged for the items that I ordered?

Your credit card is charged once your order is placed on our website.

Can I view orders I've placed in the past?

Yes. Click on the "My Account" option at the very top of the home page. Log in using your email address and password. You'll then be able to view your order history.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?

Sales Tax is charged on shipments to jurisdictions where sales tax is applicable. In this case, sales tax is applicable only on orders shipped within the state of Michigan.


Processing, Shipping and Returns


How long does order processing take?

Order processing/packaging generally takes 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing/packaging in addition to shipping times.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. We estimate 7 to 10 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied, simply send back the unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt for a refund less shipping. A $10.00 per bottle processing and handling fee will be charged for returns. Before returning any items, please call Customer Service at 1-800-348-1293 to obtain an RMA number, which must be marked on the return label.
